You found a code, you pasted it, it didn’t work. Here’s why — and what to do about it.

1. Minimum spend

Most codes need a cart threshold, and stores rarely put it in the headline. If you’re AED 20 short, adding a cheap item is usually still cheaper than losing the discount.

2. Excluded brands

Designer labels are often carved out of sitewide codes. The terms will say “selected brands” — that’s the tell.

3. Sale items excluded

Check the terms. Some stores allow stacking, some don’t — we cover how to stack properly here.

4. The code has expired

This is the one we can do something about. Every code on this site is tested by hand before it goes live and re-checked on a rolling schedule; expired codes are removed from the page, not buried at the bottom of it.

5. Wrong region

A UK code won’t work on a UAE storefront, even at the same brand. Everything on this site is checked for the region you’re browsing.

Still not working?

Try a first-order code, or the store’s sitewide offer — those almost never carry exclusions. Browse what’s verified today.
